I am in my 24th year of secondary teaching, mostly math with some CTE, mostly coding or culinary arts. I have taught around the world, pursuing opportunities mostly to work with indigenous peoples and rural cultures. I am a proponent of problem based learning and becoming more interested in using relevant data and its interpretation as a source for developing mathematical knowledge and understanding.
